Discusses Whole Community Approach to Emergency Management, VOAD organizations, and other community-based organizations/non-profit organizations as key partners in response and recovery efforts. The audience will gain a better understanding of VOAD organizations, their role in response and recovery efforts, formal organizational structures of VOAD groups, and strategies for partnership.
