DESCRIPTION:10-25-21 HSEP1 22NV-0188-1\nThis is a virtual course offered in coordination with the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP). \nThis course content is to provide training and resources to emergency management officials\, healthcare coalitions\, healthcare providers and suppliers. \nThe course focuses on the general overview of emergency planning and preparedness; development of policies and procedures; creation of communication plans and training and exercises for healthcare entities. \nWhile this course relates to the newly released Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Emergency Preparedness regulation at 42 C.F.R. §§ 403\, 416\, 418\,441\, \n460\, 482\, 483\, 484\, 485\, 486\, 491\, and 494; it is NOT intended to be a course which will guarantee compliance with Conditions of Participation (CoPs) or Conditions for Coverage (CfC).
