Long-term Care Evacuation Tabletop Exercise

 – Objectives:   

– Discuss triggers and the decision-making process to activate emergency plans.

– Discuss communication pathways between facility leadership, ESF-8/EOC.
– Discuss facility process for tracking of patients, staff, equipment, supplies and records.

– Discuss mutual aid agreements for transportation of patients, triggers for activation, and county capacity.
– Discuss capacity of receiving facilities for evacuated patients or diverted services.
