Measles Identification & Response Tabletop Exercise Toolkit

The exercise is designed as a 60–90 minute facilitated discussion; this exercise can be conducted by hospitals, clinics, urgent care centers, dialysis facilities, and long-term care providers. The toolkit includes a facilitator guide, discussion modules, operational worksheets, and an after-action report / improvement plan template to help organizations capture lessons learned and identify improvement actions.
